Subject: Loyola Summer Program in Belgium

There will be an informational meeting for Loyola's Summer
Study Program in Belgium on Tuesday, November 10, in Bobet
216 at 5 p.m. The program in Leuven, Belgium runs from July
8 to August 5. History common curriculum classes and a
Religious Studies common curriculum class will be offered.
There are day trips to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Bruges,
Cologne in Germany, Verdun in France, and Ypres. There are
also opportunities for travel on your own. This is a
wonderful introduction to Europe. The program is conducted
in a lovely university town. The cost is $3,700 or $4,700,
if we purchase your airfare. The cost includes the courses,
room, a partial meal allowance, insurance, museum entries,
and the bus trips. If you cannot come to the meeting but are
interested, please contact Dr. Bernard Cook, Department of
