Subject: Large Ink Toner Catridge Recycling - Please Read

Large ink toner cartridges come from the offices on campus
that have large copy machines. IF YOUR TONER CARTRIDGES
HAVE RETURN BOXES AND MAILING LABELS ALREADY PROVIDED,
PLEASE RETURN THEM IN THAT MANNER. Our recycling program is
mainly for toners which do not have return boxes or mailing
labels available.

Several of the cartridges that are left in the white
collection bins can be returned to their manufacturer
directly. This is a more efficient way and has less
transportation costs and uses less gasoline.

The company that we deal with is a "middle man." They
collect and then send the cartridges to the manufacturer.
By sending them directly, you save a step in the process.

Please continue to drop off toner cartridges which do not
have mailing labels, small ink jets from personal computers,
cell phones and rechargable batteries.
